Fear is something that every human being experiences. Fear can hijack your mind and take over all thoughts of reason. Fear has the ability to tell you that you can't do any better and don't deserve to be happy. But, fear is wrong and you need to find a way to wipe away the negative energy that is taking over your mind. Fear is the when a threat is experienced in your mind.There are three ways to experience fear , the person will either run, freeze, or fight. We can choose how our mind deals with a threat when it happens. Being aware of how you handle fear is the first step in managing it. Some people deal with fear by distractions (such as work), addictions(drugs, alcohol, or food), egoism, arrogance, denial or isolation. Each person has something that they lean towards when fear kicks in. Once you realize what it is, you can then begin working on what is happening in the root of fear. Rather than leaning toward your crutch in dealing with fear, you can handle it head on. Once you get in the process of dealing with fears and then releasing them, it will become part of your existence and you will find yourself thinking clearly without fear being tangled in your mind. Have the courage to handle fear and know that you will come out alive and be closer to how your life should truly be. Rather than fight it, embrace the fears that threaten your comfort zone, and then let them go. Facing your fears only will clear the negative energy from your mind and will then allow love and all life's possibilities to enter that mind space instead.
Sometimes it seems like no matter what you do, happiness is never here to stay. The truth behind being a person that is optimistic and remaining happy is that it takes constant work. Being happy and staying in a positive mindset , is something that must be learned. If you are someone that is a control freak and you feel the need to control the outcome of every situation, then you may feel unhappy quite often when things don't go your way. Happiness can most often be found when you surrender control over the outcome of situations and relationships. When control is surrendered, things happen as they should. Happiness can be found in day to day life by enjoying the company of the people you love, fulfilling your purpose at work and doing hobbies that relax your mind and rejuvenate your soul. Take the time to find activities that you can do solo that make you feel good. Find relationships that make you feel supported and loved. Get a job that makes you feel like your time on Earth matters. When you have all these positive things in your life, the outcome of a negative situation can not affect your positive mindset as much and you will remain happy regardless of what negative situation comes your way. However, it does take time to get to that place in life. But once you do reach fulfillment and balance in daily life, you will feel amazing and the work it takes to remain happy will come naturally.
If you are the person that is known as always being negative, you need to stop with the negative attitude if you want to have a happy and fulfilling life. The negative energy you put out is not allowing you to have a genuine connection with others or yourself. Having a negative mindset, is living in a fear based perception of the world. If you have a negative mindset, you need to stop and surrender it. Let it go and ask for guidance from your inner self (or God, if you believe). Quietly ask yourself for a new perception on your negative thoughts and let peace flow through you. Be conscious of your negative thoughts and learn to surrender them rather than flow with them. Losing your negative mindset can take time. However, if you are aware of your negative thoughts and let the release of them take place and then gradually they will stop showing up as much. Believe in yourself, have confidence and trust. Surround yourself with people that love you unconditionally, make you feel at home and bring out the good parts of you. Be around people that understand you and can let you lean on them when times get tough. Leave the negative thoughts and the negative people in your life behind. Release doubt and have certainty that life is what you make it. If you believe in your dreams and a happy life, all that you want will come to you. The type of energy you put out, is what comes back to you. Stop letting negativity block you from love or pursuing your dreams. Live in a positive mindset and allow the people that love you inspire you. Believe in your dreams, and so will everyone else. Surrender your bad attitude and let your inner self guide you.
