Forgiveness is what everyone needs to give a little more of. Forgiveness is the idea of accepting that although a negative event hurt you internally, you are able to move on from it rather that hold on to it. Holding on to a grudge because of something that was done to hurt you, is doing yourself a disservice. Holding on to pain or negativity from a disagreement or negative event, blocks your energy to allow love and peace come in to your heart. Forgiveness does not always mean that you have to continue allowing the person that hurt you stay in your life, but instead it does allow you to release the negative effects the situation has on your internal being. Let forgiveness be given, even if you do not receive an apology. Also, allow yourself to decide whether the person who hurt you deserves another chance and still holds significance in your life. Mistakes and disagreements happen within every relationship in life, so allowing forgiveness to happen between two people makes for the possibility of love and positive energy to flow again if you let it.
